PUBG Mobile Community Manager @ Tencent
About me
I started my journey with PUBG Mobile as a social media designer & content specialist, where I poured my creativity into bringing ideas to life visually. It was exciting to see my designs shape the way the community interacted with the game.I moved into programs management, where I began working closely with teams to build and manage internal initiatives like Player #1 program. I also got the chance to be part of the community management, which helped me understand the deeper connection between players and the game.Today, I’m part of the PUBG Mobile community team, where I focus on the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps everything running smoothly — creating internal processes, automating workflows, and supporting both internal teams and external agencies. This role feels more aligned with my long-term goals and gives me space to grow.PUBG MOBILE isn’t just a job to me — it’s been part of my life since 2020. I’m not just someone who works on the game, I’m a fan who grew up with it. Being part of a global project with over 1.3 billion players, 50 million daily users — all while being free to play — is surreal, humbling, and deeply personal. This isn’t just work. This is passion, purpose, and pride.
My lovely players testimonials
Their words are my greatest testimony. In this section, you will find feedback from some players I’ve worked with — whether in-game or on external PUBG Mobile-related projects. Their words mean a lot and reflect the value of our collaboration.
Goals
One of my core goals is to create a positive, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all players within the PUBG Mobile community. I believe that gaming should be a space where everyone feels welcome, supported, and heard — whether they’re new to the game or seasoned pros.Through my work, I aim to offer players fast, responsive support that goes beyond just fixing problems — I want to make sure every player feels valued and respected. I’m also passionate about building connections, encouraging fair play, and continuously improving the overall player experience both inside and outside the game.Whether it’s through direct communication, community engagement, or behind-the-scenes efforts, my mission is to contribute to a gaming atmosphere that’s not only competitive, but also fun, safe, and inspiring for everyone.
To The Ones Who Made It All Better
There’s a group of people who’ve been there with me through the best and worst moments of the game. Not just teammates — real ones.
People I know, respect, and enjoy every second of playing with.
Whether it was a late-night match after a long day, or an intense clutch moment that had our hearts racing — they were always there.
We’ve laughed until the mic cut out. We’ve argued over loot drops, messed around during serious games, and somehow always found our way back to the same squad. Each one of them brought something different to the team.
One’s never stops rushing like the game just started, when she dies she starts screaming and blaming us.
Another always calm, we can't hear him ever, but he is so cute when playing.
One of them talks more trash than anyone I know.
They’re more than players on a team. They’re part of the reason the game still feels fresh.I don’t need to mention names. They’ll read this and smile — because they’ll know it’s about them.
Fighting Violations
One of the cases I take most seriously is identifying and acting against players who violate PUBG Mobile’s rules — especially those promoting cheats, selling accounts, or spreading harmful content across social media platforms.I strongly believe that fair play is the foundation of a healthy gaming environment. I actively monitor, and take action to ensure that players who compromise the integrity of the game are held accountable. Whether it’s banning socials accounts or removing malicious actors from the community, I stand firmly against anyone who tries to ruin the experience for others. This is more than just a duty — it’s a commitment to every honest player out there.
